Changes to Product Codes and Barcodes

We are making some changes to the Duratec and Fluoroset Product Codes and Barcodes. This is part of a systematic upgrade of our Product Master Data which will future proof the Dulux business.

The new codes will come into effect from Monday 4th November 2019 and will apply to the following ranges:

• Duratec Intensity
• Duratec Eternity
• Duratec Zeus
• Fluoroset

Note: Duratec Elements is not impacted by this change.

There is no change to any colours, only the code is changing.

This change may impact you in the following ways:

• Ordering – New product codes will be used for all of the listed products. Any orders placed on the old codes from the 4th November will automatically link to the new codes ensuring you will get the right product.
• Packaging – Labels will feature the new product code and barcode.
• Colour Cards and Swatches – Swatches and new Colour Cards will feature the new codes.
• Warranties – will be able to be applied for using both the new codes and old codes.
• Price Lists and Invoices – will feature the new codes.
