We are committed to our goal of no factory waste to landfill and working with our customers to eliminate their waste to landfill.
Environmentally preferable Bar Chairs that are ultra sturdy for supporting concrete reinforcing mesh and made in collaboration with Dulux to recycle its waste material.
Using powder waste, Transmutation have found a way to turn this into plastic feedstock that can be used to displace virgin plastic in products. This is known as PostPrime Plastic™ pellet feedstock and the first product produced using this material is a Bar Chair.
One of the significant benefits of powder coatings over other types of finishes is the ability to collect and reuse the oversprayed powder that doesn’t initially adhere to the items being coated. Under controlled conditions, recycling overspray in this way can in fact achieve over 95% recovery if the system is optimised.

RapidCure technology enables a possible reduction in energy consumption through lower cure temperatures, and or faster line speeds. It is ideal for large production runs when colour changes are not required.
RapidCure technology is also available through our CustomColour™ service for the Alphatec, Precious and Duralloy Powder Coat ranges and are supported by AlumiShield™ and Steel Shield™ Warranties when applied by a Dulux Accredited Powder Coater.
