Victorian Level 4 Lockdown Supply Update

Dulux Powder Coatings: Victorian stage 4 lockdown supply update.

Further to our earlier communications regarding the impact of Coronavirus, below is an update on the actions Dulux is taking to:
– a. Protect the health, safety and well-being of all our employees, customers, families and those with whom we interact; and
– b. Maintain supply & business continuity including continuing to deliver the highest service standards to our customers in Australia & New Zealand

Below is an update on Dulux’s operations activity during the Victorian stage 4 lockdown period.

• The Victorian based manufacturing and warehouse facilities will continue to operate throughout the lockdown period, with the already established Covid-19 safety protocols in place.
• Supply will therefore be maintained across the full Australian network, including customers open for business in Victoria.
• Products that are produced in New Zealand will continue to be supplied as per normal.
• Our Victorian based Sales Teams will be working from home during this period, and will be available for phone/video conference calls where required
• The Dulux Customer Service Teams continue to be available for all order, technical, colour samples and specification assistance via calling 13 24 99 or visiting the website. Our teams have been operating remotely and will continue to do so during this period.

While our Victorian sites will effectively be operating as normal, we do anticipate there may be supply delays in some regions due to increased demands/restrictions placed on third party
courier services.

We would also appreciate your continued assistance in forecasting major upcoming project volumes via your Dulux Account Manager to assist in our forecasting & manufacturing
processes.

Finally, we would like to offer our sincere appreciation for the ongoing support from our loyal customers during these challenging times.
